FOUNDER AND EXECUTIVE PRODUCER 

I’m Telma Alfredo, I was born in Lisbon in the year of 1977.

I believe in ideas and making them real. I believe in films and in the power of dreaming. 

And most of all, I believe in the power of change throughout films.

Following my degree in Universidade Nova de Lisboa and the Erasmus Program in Dublin Institute of Technology in 1999, I started working in the television industry.

In 2003 I wanted to explore something new and I dived into the world of Advertising film production. 

In 2016 I was invited to be the Executive Producer of Krypton International, having developed from scratch the Film Production Service at Krypton Films, a Portuguese production company. 

I’ve worked with agencies and clients worldwide and with the Queen of Pop herself, Madonna. 

In 2021 I was happily invited to be Production Manager for House of the Dragon for HBO in Monsanto, north of Portugal. It was definitely an extraordinary and life changing experience.

In 2022 I’ve founded a NGO, Miss Brightside Association and in 2024 I’ve founded Miss Brightside Film Productions.

I can say I have been a film producer for more than 20 years but I also want to be a producer of people's happiness. 

Miss Brightside Association, my alter-ego, is more than a passion project, it’s a way to give back. For every project we undertake, 1% of the budget will be donated to a humanitarian cause, helping those in need. 

Through this initiative, we hope to spread not just joy through our stories but also meaningful support to communities.

Based in the heart of Lisbon, Miss Brightside Film Productions embodies creativity and innovation worldwide and is focused on creating outstanding content across Commercials, Music Videos, TV Series, Feature films, Documentaries.
